Graduate of Drummers Collective in New York City available in London for 1-1 private tuition.

My name is Chris I have studied at Drummers Collective in New York City ,studying privately with some of the best drummers in the world such as Chris Parker(Quincy Jones,Aretha Franklin and Ray Charles).Mike Clark(Herbie Hancock),Clayton Cameron(Tony Bennet,James Brown)Zach Danziger(Michel Camilo)Bobby Sanabria(Tito Puente) and many others.

During my time at The Collective I gained lots of experience playing in Funk,latin,jazz,big band and rock ensembles as well as receiving 1-1 tuition from the drummers mentioned above.

I also studied with Bruce Becker in Los Angeles who has taught Dave Weckl,Steve Smith and Jojo Mayer.
I spent the last 4 years studying with Bob Armstrong.

Drum (Feature)
I am available 7 days a week

Teaching from beginner level to advanced including Trinity Guildhall grades 1-8 and also
Rockschool’ as well as teaching all styles including Jazz,funk,latin and rock.Learning drum grades is optional

There are a lot of guys out there with skills who have not contributed to the evolution of the instrument.It's about more than that...it's an emotive language,an aesthetic.Skill is an aspect, but it's what you do with that skill or say with that skill, that matters.

Price (list)

I mainly teach from a studio in Mill Hill Complex but I also cover the rest of London and the South East of England. There will be a travel fee to cover the cost of travel outside London.
